Hello everyone at AFN

My name is Hippy and I have a journal going elsewhere, but thought I would start one in this section as my current grow, which is my 2nd grow, is now fully DIY COB powered! I think we all need to do everything we can to show people what cobs can do, even in the hands of a semi-moron like me!!
If you don't "know" me already I am just a down to earth old hippy who wants to grow his own weed under his own light whilst minimising my impact on the environment as much as possible. My entire grow room draws less than 300 watts
I'm into reggae and play it constantly to the girls, and anything else that spreads love and positive vibes - there's already too much shit in the world.
I am growing in a 3x3 tent.
Air pots - 10 and 15 litre.
Biobizz Lightmix.
2 x 2 ft tube heaters under the trays for underfloor warmth.
9 inch fan, 6 inch fan, all flaps open and door open all day for air circulation.
And my cob lights for encouraging my babies to grow
Lights on 20/4.
I bought a cob "kit" from abroad which came part pre-assembled. It wasn't brilliantly done though so I took it apart and rebuilt it. Also made a frame to mount the cobs.
Cobs are Citizen CLU048 1212 CRi90 3500k.
Meanwell HLG-185H-1400A driver.
No Lenses or reflectors.
200w at 1.4 amps.
Framework was "easyfix" system available in UK.
Cobs were 210 of your finest english pounds, and the frame was abut 40 quid.
The cobs are evenly spaced in the tent so each plant in each quarter of the tent is under one 50w cob.
I am growing 4 plants at a time and currently have an all @mephisto line up of:
Toofless Alien (day 54)
Sour Crack (day 54)
Sour Bubblin Crack (day 31)
Sour Stomer (day 22)
I am using AN ph perfect nutes: Micro, Grow, Bloom, B52, Voodoo Juice, Big Bud, Overdrive and Flawless Finish. Also Pro Cal CalMag which is nice and low N, unlike most available over here. These are mixed up with bottled spring water as the water around here is about 99.9% chlorine.
I will stick some pics of the set up and lights shortly.
In the mean time I will say this....

.I don't know about the other varieties but you can't help but love the Sour Stompers. I grew these and they were absolutely frosticles. I'm starting 3 more which will be my first cob grow. Good luck with yours. Pipes
