Exactly what I now do, except I hang my branches in the box (free appliance box from local retail shop with wires to hang branches from), and I include a thermo-hygrometer in the box to monitor RH and temps, a computer fan to move air around in the drying box, and an adjustable baffle in the connection to the grow tent to adjust temps and RH in the drying box. Works a treat, and is now my go to process after trying most of them.
the one I am using came with ac power cord.So how do yo7 power the case fans? I build computers and have some extras, but not sure how you can hook a case fan into a wall socket.
Appreciate your help.

With a 12 volt trickle charger. My larger "smart" charger won't drive fans unless I put an actual car battery in parallel. Next grow, I think I will put one computer fan low in each corner to move air in the canopy. I find them handy, nice gentle air movement, and the tiny size works well in my 2x4 and 2x2. Shoot me any other questions, and I will try to help.So how do yo7 power the case fans? I build computers and have some extras, but not sure how you can hook a case fan into a wall socket.

Ok made some adjustments for my second dry, put the fan up top extracting the air out this flow is so much more gentle inside the box, then having the muffin fan blowing in down low ! added carbon filter down low up front on the intake and up top inside below the fan extracting the air out this will be a much slower drying process for sure, also added a filter under the original handle on top that's kept open when the fan is not on, lets see what happens already liking this set up better then the having the fan blowing in, be back in about 10 days with dry weight and smell comparison !Gonna try fan as extractor on the next dry for sure, see if I notice a difference !
