Hey, glad I found your journal; I'm pretty much in the same situation w/ depression/anxiety, and I'm impatiently waiting to finish my current grow so I can start my CBDs. From all I've researched, I'm convinced that it's going to help significantly with stress and anxiety. I've got one little Cannatonic growing now, so I will get to experiment with it a little bit!!

At first it was instant relief, but over time I feel I've been 'unwinding' from my anxiety and depression symptoms. They still show up from time to time, but weaker. CBD has also given my mind the room to interact better with triggers instead of being their hostage.

OMCg (o my cannabis gods), triche of doom, that is such brilliant insight and description of what's been happening. The more I read, the more I've been thinking that that's what will happen--that never happened with the SSRIs-- movement into a new space, different aura so to speak, not colored by fear/defensiveness.

Well. I thought I hand another week to go, but the trichomes have started turning amber; about 10% are fully amber.

Dumbsss DooM. Woke up realizing I should Google the trichomes turning amber too early. Apparently examining the sugar leaves is not reliable. That's what I did...lol.

Will check the buds instead later today.

Thank you. The strain is easy to grow. Only odd thing is it seemed to need less nutres 1/2 way into flowering; when I noticed the nutrient burn.

I never get up to the full recommended dose of nutes (I use AN), and I always start to lower the nutes in the last 3 weeks before flush. Sometimes I don't even get a two-day flush in (I'm hydro), and my buds are always very smooth to smoke. I find that the plants really do let you know what they need and don't need!
