I hate to say it but, I remember my Grandma and Aunt talking about how they can feel it in their bones/back/ wherever when inclement weather or cold snaps were coming. I can now feel what they were talking about. Not good considering im only 30! Shouldn't be happening that quicly! Yes stretching helps and also, posture. Practicing good posture helps out a lot. Whered you learn to turn them into oil?
Its just your body noticing the atmospheric pressure changing its nothing to be worried about. I'm only 22 and have the aches and pains of an old man already, I can't imagine how my bag of bones will feel at 30! Cooking cannabis into oil is really quite a simple process. All you need is an oven, a crock-pot and coconut oil. Grind your buds up put them on a cookie sheet and throw them in the oven at 220 degrees F. Only leave the bud in the oven until it is completely dry, this should only take a few minutes. Then throw the bud in the crock-pot and cover it with coconut oil and pour in some water. Let this concoction cook for 12-24 hours, make sure there is enough water so the contents dont burn. Take the oil/water/bud and throw it in the freezer the oil will cool on top of the water. Separate the oil from the water and its ready to be consumed. Edibles are powerful so be careful to dose lightly at first and wait a couple hours for it to kick in.
