Yes, they are starting to look very frosty indeed!

Harvest is still probably a week or two away...Trichomes starting to turn cloudy... very few amber ones widely scattered....and still building density in the buds. Plus I want the seeds to fully mature...

I'd like to experiment with growing some autos outdoors in the future, but the spots I have in mind would probably grow some small plants compared to indoor DWC! I don't want to burn up a bunch of ten or fifteen dollar seeds doing experiments, so I decided to try making some feminised seeds with the colloidal silver method (first time for that too). Looks like I'll get several dozen seeds- maybe more- from the lower branches I pollenated!

Growing autos outdoors is good fun, providing you pick the right space. Are you guerilla growing or just doing it in your backyard?

Update- Day 145 (!)

It's been a while since my last update so here is the latest: About ten days ago I noticed a small spot of mold on one of the thickest buds....getting hard to control the temp and humidity without an air conditioner so I decided to harvest the tops and let the bottom of the plant finish up for a bit longer. here is a picture of the tops after drying .


Yesterday I trimmed all the buds from the sticks and weighed up the results at a bit over 6 ounces of sticky dried bud. The bottom half of the plant still awaits harvesting and looks like it will yield about 4 to 5 ounces, which would mean 10 or 11 ounces from this one plant alone. I will post final weights and a smoke report very soon. I will say that a small sample of scissor hash resulting from the trimming operation was very tasty!!

Got a couple dozen nice looking seeds from this plant using the colloidal silver method of pollen production. Not sure if I'll get a chance to try them in the ground this season but it's a possibility...

how tall do you think thos eget in a one gallon? i have a seed of dinafem auto widow and don't want it real tall???????? any advice would b appreciated! those look great !! :grat:
