Man mikey those widows are really starting to put on the weight! :jaw:I can't wait to see what they end up looking like! How long are you thinking they will go?
Thanks, guys....She is still throwing white pistils although I'm seeing some nice orange ones in the older areas. Understory of the plant is still vigorous and green, no fan leaf yellowing at all. Looks like still a long way to go...I'm thinking maybe 110 days total but that's just a guess. This is my first DWC and first auto run...not sure what to expect as there have been lots of surprises so far! Oh and the girls heard you were asking about them and they wanted to say hello so here they are...the first two shots are the tops on the white widow and the third is a group portrait with the widow at right rear, towering over the critical rapidos. will keep you all posted...

Mikey you got yourself some good lookin autos there.. that white widow is GIGANTIC!! I might have to have a run at those in the next order I do! This is well overdue!!

The white widow was a freebie from the seed company and turned out to be my best plant...and one that I will likely run again! It starts with a typical indica growth pattern- branching right from the beginning and forming a dense ball of foliage. Then the side branches push up through and begin to stretch more like a sativa, making room for some long colas. This one has had the central cola bent over because it was outgrowing the light and I think this made the side colas get bigger than they might have otherwise. This one stands about 50 inches tall even with the top cola bent over. Not a midget strain in DWC, she has been drinking a gallon a day of nutrient solution for the last month or more- twice as much as the other plants in there. Nice, easy to grow strain and highly recommended.
Wow, Mikey.. I'm stoked that I made the choice to get the White Widow. I'm a little concerned about height, as my tent is only 5ft tall. I'm glad you gave such detailed info on how she grows, now I know exactly what I need to do to keep her the right height.

Thanks, D.W.! I think you can easily control the height by NOT running 24 hour lighting as I did....also I fed veg nutes for an extended period well into the blooming phase. I did everything I could to delay maturation and allow for a bigger plant.
