DAY 12
High again folks, just beginning another little grow thread. Literally 'little' since the strain I've chosen this time aroujnd is Dinafem's Roadrunner automatic, a short statured quick finishing variety.
I'm growing on a balcony, same location as the Auto Amnesia grow in this thread: https://www.autoflower.org/index.php?threads/dinafem-auto-amnesia-balcony-grow.20891/
Pro-Mix HP with 20% more added perlite will be the grow media, pots are 6.5 liter square pots.
Going to be using House and Garden Soil A&B nutrients, adding "Take Root" and "Multi Total" from Dutch Pro. Also Gro-Tek's Cal Mag. Foliar feeding/misting with Dutch Pro "Leaf Green" every 3 days.
They germinated on June 9, and I've given them a half strength first feeding on day 10.
It's been a cooler than normal spring, but today's first day of summer has brought warmer, humid air from the south.

Day 24.
Plants showed first pistils on July 1st. Been feeding them lotsa nitrogen both in the root zone with cal-mag and by foliar feeding Dutch Pro's 'Leaf Green'. Will be changing to bloom formulation soon and will keep up with the cal-mag.

Day 34
Starting to fill in nicely, both buds and branches. I added House & Garden's 'Top Booster', might be a week early but never used it on autos before, a little, a little bit early can't hurt.
Some nice hot and humid weather has moved in, glad I work indoors in a climate controlled environment.

Thanks SpeedWeedSeeder, Dinafem says they're;
  • Indoor flowering period: 60-65 days
  • Kind of deceiving, they should give maturation dates in days from germination.
  • First pistils showed day 22, so I'm guessing 60-65 days after that, or 82-87 days total. Seems kind of long for a fast finishing auto? Especially considering I've finished Auto Amnesia Haze on the same balcony.- in 82 days.

I think this data sheet from dinafem is considered under optimum conditions. Just keep watching the trichomes, they are telling you when to harvest.
