Bud Pics!

Ok I am editing this submitted it before I was done. I am stoned.

I put the girls in dark on Friday evening, cut them and hung them up Sunday morning and tonight I trimmed them. They are still not fully dry so no final weight yet. One of the girls was LOADED with sap! I must have seen 20 sap drops at least and a few of them went right into my mouth. They had dried like tree sap. The taste of the sap is beyond the beyond. I don't know if anyone else here knows about Sai Baba, an Indian Mystic and Guru. He was able to manifest both ash and a sugar water substance called Amrita from his palms. It is considered extremely rare and very fortunate when someone is given some, especially the Amrita. I was fortunate enough to be gifted a very few drops of the Amrita and the Cannabis Sap tasted very similar. Very exciting! I left quite a few buds with the sap attached and will see what happens during cure.

They are very fragrant. One was more so than the other. What I have found with all of the Red Family I have done is that they form very loose buds. Does anyone else NOT have that?

Vaping a bud tonight and I am pretty happy! And stoned. I am glad I have some pizza left over from last night! I should have saved more. Although I must say I do not have the "eat everything" going on, but that could be from the extra coffee today too.



Ok. I think I have it all done right now. *LOL* Time to grind another bud!

Interesting you mention the sap, it definitely seems very common among the Sweet strains... especially with the Devil Cream, mine was literally dripping with the stuff Also just a note about the bud density, my DC was also pretty fluffy but I wouldn't say that's the case across the whole Red Family. My Red Poison and Dark Devil were both very dense... I think there's just a lot of different phenos within their Red Family strains.

Anyways, congrats on the harvest and enjoy those Sweet buds :thumbs:

I had some sap but not as much with the Dark Devil too. I think the DD wasn't as fluffy as the Devil Cream, but the DC hasn't cured yet either so that may change. Sure smokes nice.
