Speaking of swamps.... I've been swamped in school work. I guess I should say Homework. Yes, I'm a schoolboy again. A graying, bald schoolboy, but still.
That's the reason for my lack of participation lately. I'm sorry I didn't take any more pics of the CC before or during harvest. It was sort of a rush job, fit in between family and school and I was just happy to have it done right. I'll find a cozy occasion to get some pics of the fine batch of herbs that my Delightful Fall Mix has given me. It was damn fun sharing with you guys!

Hey Dub, yep, looks like my 2015 supply is going to be plenty. I'll give some away over the holidays and on special occasions, but I'm still gonna be set for the year...at least! Since we're coming up to 60 days, I got harvest thoughts coming more often now. So I got out my little hand held scope and checked out some buds on all of the plants. Found some amber, found some cloudy, found lots of clear. So I stole a calyx or two from all of them and put them on a slide under my cheapo USB microscope so I could show you some juicy.

First the Easy Ryder. 58 days...

I couldn't find any amber on her. Just clear and cloudy.

Then the Cream Caramel. 58 days...

She's not just juicy, she's dripping wet!

Although these colorful trichomes are captivating for one searching for just this color, it may be that that orange color is only a reflection from the giant orange hair rising over those trichomes. She does have a small percentage of amber, though. I just didn't get any in the pics of her.

She has amber scattered all over the place. But still much more clear and much more clear than cloudy.

Hi guys and gals. One babe's getting real close to harvest now. Just had the little scope out and she's real cloudy all over. I'm wanting to break out the big scope again and show you guys how cool it looks. At least through the little scope. Makes you want to shrink up reeeeeeeeeal tiny!

I took some in-tent shots of my 61 day old girls today. Here's the one who's hours of life remaining can easily be calculated. I gotta see what wifey has planned for the weekend before I set a date and time.


Fast Amnesia...

She's long and lanky and thinly spread, but has some really fine bud hanging on her. Some occasional foxtailing, too.

The popcorn buds I took from her a few days ago are awesome. I just tried the first bit today. This was just some real fresh popcorn, but it had an awesome taste. I can't really describe it, because it tastes like no weed that I remember smoking before. I can't think of anything to compare it with that is not cannabis. But it is a very pure taste. One that reveals the spirit of the plant. Tastes, smells, sounds that trigger some sort of recollections in your mind, that you just can't remember... Pureness does that for me. This taste does that for me.

She's not the frostiest girl of the bunch, but that little bit of tiny ass popcorn from way down on the bottom got me VERY pleasantly buzzed. I think I'm going to love this weed. It tickles my Curiosity Center. Makes me nosy and then holds my attention, intensely, on a subject. I liked the way it settled into my mind and body much differently than the 4 and a half strains of weed that I've been toking on for the last ... year. (4 and a half because the 5th is a cross between the first and the third First a zing straight in the middle of the brain and the, so cool, from my spinal cord outwards through my back, up over the shoulders and around my chest. It amazed me this morning and then again before sitting down to talk to you just now.
Gonna be a damn fine batch of buds.

She smells wonderful. A tangy fruit cocktail, with lemons. It doesn't smell lemony, it's just that there's a sour bite to the smell that would be like putting lemons in a fruit salad. Mix into the tangy fruit some spicy herb... don't know which, but it reminds me of cooking.


In this corner, The Easy Shagger...

She's doing just what she's supposed to. Producing some tight, frosty buds in profusion. I can't wait! But I will be very patient with her. She has a ways to go yet. Might be a 90 day candidate. I like my ER very stoney.
