Indoor Defoliation to reduce humidity?! Help!

Hi all, sorry. My tower fan stopped oscillating so now it's stuck blowing in one direction. I didn't do anything about humidity, seems I can't really. Guess just less plants next time!

Bud weiser is right. You can't remove humidity without a dehumidifier or blowing it to another section. A dehumidifier in your room will do the trick. Personally I pull 1-2 gallons a day from a 5x5.

I didn't see you say what scfm rating your exhaust fan has? How about the carbon filter rating? Passive intake or do you have an intake fan as well?

As a HVAC service tech I'll chime in. @Bud Wiser UK and @BigSm0 have already said treat the intake air and they are spot on! It's as good as treating the cab air. A dehumidifier in your bedroom will do the trick. I'd hate to see you loose bud to the rot!

Nice to see a tradesman here. I always think everyone here is just pot growers and don't work. Lol

My bedroom is quite large. The humidity in here is currently at 40-50%. Do you think a humidifier would make that much difference? COuld always place it near the intake hole.

You'd be surprised at how much moisture a quality dehumidifier will remove from the air.
The less moisture held in the intake air, the more moisture it can carry out, if you get my drift .. and pardon the pun..!

It'll benefit you, too.
Your bedroom temperature will increase slightly, you won't get condensation on the insides of your windows, and you'll sleep better for it.
However, you'll need a decent one. Mine cost me £200 (that's 300 bucks in old money).
A 20 litre per day capacity should do the trick.
There is also a small catch though, they can use some up some juice.
I haven't measured the electricity usage just yet, but it's a cost v. reward scenario methinks.
