can anyone tell me how much is too much trim in a 5 gallon bubble set?
i think i have around 250grams or so of dried trim. should i split that into two runs?

gonna start making it in a half hour or so.

I like my pressure cooker at 242 deg F for oils / edibles stuff
my theory is it contains more stuff (cannabinoid compounds)since you achieve a pressure lock. :toke:

TBM turned me on to the PC trick.

I really have no idea how many grams, I just go with about half-a-bag full

cool id say thats around what ive got anyway.
im sure ill know if needs to be split into two when im doing it anyway. just doing 2-3 runs on two halves will take a while
cheers

I think 3 runs to be on the safe side. I use about two ounces each run but maybe others know better.

I use a slow crock pot cooker set to 220. Do you like the pressure cooker better than the crock pot? Have you tried them both.

Yes by far and Yes.

Once you hit pressure lock... no more smell... 2 - 3 hours does the same job 24 hous in a crockpot does... its bout temps mostly I think. :toke:

I have a lage potato ricer on the way I'm very muchnlooking forward to... too many spaltter spills tryin to press with a spoon and strainer! :cuss:

Are you going to use the ricer on the leaves? Before or after the pressure cooker? Have you used one before on the leaves?

I usually run everything through the blender with cold water first... chop the crap out of it...
then after I strain through a collnder (ricer when it comes) yes I leave ll leaves stem etc (small stuff) in there... then press it all out into a large aluminum pot... easy cooling... then in the fridge to cool so i can scrape my frozen oil cake off the top...

this is put in a small pot... and simmered on the stove and stirred until I reach 250 deg F (this removes any excess water in the oil)

then finally I pour it through a coffee filter (screen type) to remove any small particultes that are left... when I'm done... 1 tsp will mess you all up... its smoth and clean and alight green chlorophyll color... :toke:
