I never think of it where I am, so much rain water.
But when I watch UK guerilla growers on YouTube, I see most of them make a pond / water res outdoors.
Could save you some serious toting, esp when it gets late in the season.

Have you done a local climate check, to see how much rain you get during the next few months?
