That's super cool, I want to start brewing my own beer but (ironically) don't really have to space for the setup.

Do you grow your own hops too?

I have hops.Ironically, I don't drink beer... lol.. But I am experimenting with hops varieties for the south. There's money to be made there.

Yeah especially now that 1/2 of California is rivaling the third world. Gonna be huge huge shortages soon.

my brews are pretty fast and crude.........down and durtty.........kinda the opposite of the homegrown

what do you think of a 100 ft metal building with 12 foot ceilings to grow hydro hops in? I think I can manage it. There's two (that I know of) people doing this, but not where I live, and not outside of the hops range like I am.
