I've got a couple photo plants done with the technique finishing up now. Works great with photos since all the real work with it is during the veg phase, and you can veg a photo strain for as long as you need to get it setup before switching to flower. Never tried with an auto.

Unfortunately, I got distracted by family life and didn't give her the attention she needed for a few days during an important time in her training, so not necessarily the best example of the technique.

Couldnt find the shot glass grows, but here is a pic of a 8oz cup grow from stunted, impressive to say the least!!

Why am I wasting my time growing plants when I could just grow colas . I could put 50 of these in a tent . Amazing .
