No worries - no ignorant questions here. Hyper red refers to the part of the visible spectrum that these LEDs emit at, in this case, 660 nM.

Shipping transit times are billed as 4-10 days for USPS Priority International Mail. This can vary depending mainly on the time in customs. Our customers average time in transit is roughly 1 week across the pond and 4 days to Canada.

Do you include a warranty on your units? If so, for how long? Is this voided by user tinkering?

We do offer a 3 year warranty on all of our products. Additionally, Meanwell offers a 7 year manufacturers warranty on their HLG series power supplies. Tinkering is encouraged, however, we prefer you contact us with any questions to avoid any issues with warranty coverage.
