I just add the coconut oil to it. It's a big thing now. You've got MCT oil basically. a lot of people are even blending it with grass fed yak butter. It's all part of a paleo diet or ketogenic diet I believe. You get many health benefits alone without the cannabis. In our case cannabis makes it better.
