Heaxding for Idaho in the morning, my Boy is not doing well.
I guess the weather and the holidays brings these things out. Said he was taking 4500 mg of xanex at a shot, not every day but often.
He can't use canna because of his job, anyone familiar with this and alternative meds?

Whoa- that is heavy duty dosing. Any of the *pams, he needs to wean off of gradually because stopping cold turkey can be very dangerous. I had a pretty bad Ativan addiction in the early 80's, and I had to go to detox.

Try Lemon Balm as tea (my fave)

And also Lavender flowers as tea, but make sure it is organic. The stuff they sell for potpourri was probably sprayed.

Some people get good results from Holy Basil, and also Magnesium supplements.

Others could be Scullcap, Valerian Root (stinks like old gym socks stuffed with rotten cheese)

Oh yeah- I forgot Mindfulness meditation! That probably saved my life.
