Thats one thing i really do love about photoperiod strains....you can grow it out in the winter, take a clone and make a declining light regime to find out how many hours it takes for the strain to trigger into flower. It will give an accurate trigger flower outdoors(when compared to a local daylight chart), and then if you keep track of flower duration, you could literally know the maturation date outdoors without setting a plant in the ground, using this technique indoors.
