Charge controller should be able to switch between dry batt and wet batt voltages, and have 3 stage charging so you can end with a float charge for long term maintenance. We get mostly greens and brown right now, but it may be time to add to our flock.
A couple of our hens haven't laid an egg for over a year.
They live a spoiled life of retirement now
