Yes goose liver is fantastic, gritty little chicken livers though not so much and I did try them twice on separate occasions. I will be honored to try yours someday though.

I was on a paleo type diet for awhile. THe food was really good!!! Its just natural food (meat, veg, very limited fruit;no grain, very little dairy). I'm no longer on it, but have kept the processed and "manufactured" food out. Its awesome!
Processed food is the worst! Yikes!

I'm a meat eater as well! Thats the beauty of that diet....its all about meat, fat, and veggies! To tell you the truth....I basically have a salad smoothie for breakfast, its a great way to ensure you get all the veggies you need without actually sitting down to a giant bowl of salad (although I don't mind a big ol' salad, with a side of ribeye steak please!!!).
Is there even life with out meat? :shrug:
I can't wait till we're off the detox and onto the normal diet, your giving me new hope! The smoothies are really nice, and I also like the idea of getting your daily serving of fruit and veg in a cool drink that doesn't taste like rubbish :coffee:
 
I dropped 30lbs when I cut out sugar for this diet....
I don't eat much sugar being diabetic but I sure do like eating fresh veggies and meat. But once summer is over I seem to stop eating so many veggies which could be part of my self diagnosed seasonal depression.

Brother! Depression a problem? Jump on that bike man and enjoy the fresh fast flowing air around you, personally when I ride all worries are gone I'm stress free and it's just me and my machine!
