ITs a great way to get everything in. The key is to blend it, rather than juice it. You want to have all that pulp in there (fiber!!). It usually is really good, depending what kind of fruit you use. I like to add pineapple, or red pears. I realized this morning my last pear had gone bad, so I used some blueberries my wife bought at the store yesterday. It made the smoothie so freakin' sour!! About turned my face inside out!

Oh yeah...if a detox is what you're lookin' for, these shakes will certainly clean you out, if ya know what I mean.
