Sorry, I'm not @Jraven but it sounds like one hand to guide outboard and the other to pump that come along= one person removing it pretty easily in my opinion, blazing joint hanging through the entire operation is optional of course, but strongly encouraged :smoking:

That sounds pretty neat, I haven' t done that but if it allows you to have a straight line of pull and nothing is stuck it oughta work. I'd be doing something outside with ropes cause that's what I'm used to, but I see you don't have a lot of room overhead. Be sure and let me know if something breaks I might want to try that myself :smoking:
Yeah without a couple strong backs handy a 60 hp is weight! I'll let ya know if it works. got running water now, yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, with luck it will run for 3&1/2 months.
