I think I'm remembering that one of the very first music videos was one of theirs. Actually had a plot. I remember thinking how great the new genre is going to be. Then, with some great exceptions like Tommy and Thriller for examples, it turned into mostly showcasing the bands instead of telling stories. I could be mistaken.
