The wife is allergic to avocado...so I don't even bother. Yes, fresh serrano, my marinade for the meat....and for the folks that don't do hot stuff (no body around here does hot stuff, really lol) I'm making a honey mango pico de gallo with mint. Both taco's and rice bowls will be available. Grilled veg on the side.
