Does anybody know if ReUsing ProMix HP (Peat Based Substrate) is okay to do? Any and all insight greatly welcomed.

I have no clue. I reuse my coco after it's been doused with hydroguard, and left to sit in a dark, sealed container for a month or so...
...it also gets flushed until run off is clear.
Can't tell ya' anything about that fancy dirt yer using...
