I guess iam confused on how much alcohol I should use for a big batch. I have 2 full gallon jars dried and chopped sitting in a dark closet. Stems, popcorn, sugar leaves and trim. I get that old high school party favorite "everclear" for the mix, but how the do I go about measuring for the stuff I have, there are really no big buds in it as stated.

Just go by weight. The formula I posted scales very well.

After you finish the initial extraction, titration will tell you if you need to concentrate it further, or even dilute it, so suit your needs.
 
32 is on the cool side when summer gets here day time temps rarely get below 36c with most days around 40c but we are used to it.
32 that's hot It was 33c and 90% humidity today
