Opps I almost forgot to mention when it comes to extraction solvents, you have "Polar" and "Nonpolar" solvents.
I'm not going to go into it, as it is better explained by them who know , such as Erowid (it's not my area of expertise).

To be fair, it doesn't look that bad. I think it's when the leaves coming out of the flowers really start to brown that it's getting pretty close to end of life. Are you seeing any growth on the flowers?

Just made myself a £20 cob with Chinese bits and a citizen 1212 cob 3500k. A bit Jules Verne but it is a bright bit of kit. Might have to get more and convert my Chinese cobs, which work well but these appear to work a lot better.

Yuppers... SANlight S4W's x 3 with osram top bin LEDs with secondary optics.
AFN has a photo grow of this strain and will soon have the Auto version too, when I start my journal.

Is it holding back the first set of leaves? If it's stuck on one of those little green bits its probably ok to just ignore it. or see if you can gently ease it off with a toothpick or something like that.

Sometime stubborn helmets happen! They get stuck and sometimes won't open at all without some help.
How if you are not careful you may damage the seedling but if it isn't removed the seedling will die.
Just one of those things, if you knacker it , you'll just have to drop another bean!

There is a membrane inside the seed, this can dry out and become tight, sometimes a bit of water can soften it and then it becomes easier to remove it, without damage to the seedling.
