I've been 11/11 in germinating by going straight into my medium pre soaked, and small waterings (25-50ml) takes a few days but it's worked every time so far.

What medium? Should I just drop it into a netpot full of hydroton?

I just put em 2cm in the dirt and give em a little water.

Aside from the jiffy pots, I'm not using any dirt! Just hydroton in a netpot.
