I try rotating on my PC but still comes out the same. can I rotate when I post and how do I do it.

do you have photoshop or corell? or some other photo editor? Sometimes a picture viewer will auto flip for display, but not save the photo that way. The best thing to do is open it in an editor, flip it, and save it.
