Nice looking fish, my friend!:d5:
I was warn out after that "excursion". There's a set of rapids there, that's maybe 1/4 mile long that I wade when I'm going for bass and saugeye, and just about every fish I caught was around that size. I dropped my tape in the water on the way out to that little island I was fishing on, otherwise I'd have a length for him.
I'd say he was close to 19 or 20" long. I laid him next to my foot, and it looked like he'd me near two of my feet long. Few inces shy.
Caught that one on a [HASHTAG]#6[/HASHTAG] or [HASHTAG]#7[/HASHTAG] Berkley Flicker Shad.

Sounds like you found a good spot!

I'll be going fishing in my bass spot next week, If the water is low enough to wade. If it's not, I'll head 30 miles north and play with some northern pike... If the pike spot is muddy, Well... I guess I'll have to dig out a belly boat and hit the water side of the lily pads on the lake that's between the two spots... I watched a couple guys pull in 8 and 9 pound largemouth out of there a few years back, and have been dying to try it myself... Just never had the time.

I'll be going on my first fishing trip this summer. :cool1:

Morning all! Had a question for you guys. After playing in the tent, I notice my hands or arms getting red little bumps almost like an allergic reaction. Does this happen to any of you?

Thinking I might just need to start wearing gloves when I'm there.
Yup...
You’re allergic to the terpene that’s present.
Lemonene no doubt ... what kinda strain?
Probably poor. lol Its blonde, with a tiny hint of green in it.
I make dry ice hash, that way I can use it to make tincs, edibles, as well as smoke it. I find it is easier to dose edibles when you have a fairly accurate way of measuring it out.
Try blasting it with the ice a little less...
Like shatter.. 2 runs
May help.

Morning, pal! I hope you like the MC....I really like how easy it is.
If all goes well I’ll be trying some of this ...

Most good spots are overfished here, So you've got to get up in the places most people won't go. I've got deer trails that lead to some of the best bass spots you've never heard of.
Half the time you've got to wade/swim to get to them because unless you've got an airboat or light kayak/canoe you feel like pulling, You ain't getting there by boat.
