Now... I don't need to decarb roots to make a topical from them, Right?
Don't think so, But I'm double checking...

Broke a lot of bones in my hands over the years (faces are hard!), and I think they're going arthritic on me, So I'm looking for stuff that'll keep me out of the doctor's office even longer haha.

Admittedly, I just tossed in an arbitrary amount. Not enough to precipitate out of solution with what I leave in the still after each run. The motivation for using it in the first place was pure laziness...

This is something I just started doing recently to avoid having to clean the still as frequently as I was. I still have to clean out the chelated calcium (it doesn't seem to be quite as soluble as the acid).

I'll just have to get off my ass and follow the regular cleaning schedule and method.
Sometimes lazy is good lol. It did seem like you were on to something there if the balance is right it might be easy.

I wanna say you want to decarb anyway. Unless you're already keeping the solution hot enough long enough to do the same. Might not get complete conversion that way. I'm sure others will know better.

That does make sense. I'm willing to start trying to find the right concentration. I am nothing if not data-happy. It does seem to work, in that there is no buildup on the boiler. The calcium winds up in suspension in the water instead.

Some crazy stuff, well there’s a town and they have the most tastiest water I’ve tasteed in my life or similar too some water bottled from source in a foreign country, the waters that good there there’s even a beer factory there too take advantage off it, well I get the same water but the 30 mile difference makes my water taste like shit lol. But from hearing what you guys go through I feel lucky. Atleast ypur bones will grow strong lol

I'll have to find one of the med. threads and look. I don't remember if you just clean, dry, chop then soak in moonshine/Everclear for a while or if you gotta bake them for a bit beforehand.

Top of the evening my fellow stoners autos all the way BABY. 15 megacrop fed plants.

So the water out in Vegas is some hard, hard water. Unfortunately, I won't be able to grow cannabis out there due to their stupid "have to live more than 25 miles from an open dispensary" rule. But I'm thinking I might try to take advantage of the desert sun for a back yard pepper garden. Any suggestions on switching to working with hard water? I'm assuming the need for cal/mag supplements is MUCH less.
