well, I beg to differ about that.. My biggest plants are in nursery pots, so I guess depends on grower also..

I evolved into fabric pots years ago and haven't looked back.
A little extra care is needed early on but once the root mass is developed you can then start feeding like it is hydro. Then hang on for the ride.

@green genes , after poking around it doesn't look like @Son of Hobbes has opened it up for voting yet, I'd guess it'll open fairly soon , once the holiday dust settles.

Yarrrrrrrr (pirate sounds)

The holiday has been crazy, life has been crazy, the site has been crazy, our plans for 2018 are crazy.

But I assure you. Nothing but pure sanity up here *tappin' on the old noggin'*

We'll get the voting and rest of the contests going here guys, I offer my apologies to all of you on the slow starts for the next Festivus contests (but everything is still a go and happening, just maybe a week or two off the mark haha!)

But hey fun and exciting news?!?! Our new server is officially ordered for the site! SPEED! PERFORMANCE! Less deadlocks and dupe posting hopefully! Less "wtf is going on here" moments lol! But the purchase order is in and we're just waiting! :hump:

Yes sir, went from 60 gallons of water/feed per week and feeding every 36 hours to filling a 25 gallon reservoir once every 2 weeks. That’s nearly 200 gallons saves per month and a heck of a lot of labor.

You can see it pretty well here on the back wall.
