I use bovidia 59% and it keeps them at 62 steady now but I still have hay smell on the Haze but man she is fire and getting better I think it has to do with the initial drying think I missed something on her
did you trim wet or dry?

Have no idea if this has any correlation..was told that you make sure soil is dry before cut to reduce the hay smell..was told it helps with the break down of chlorophyll ..no idea though..Iam sure some pros will chime in. I have always tried to harvest when soil was dry or almost dry, but my White Widow still smells a bit like hay , even with Borveda packs..but when put in the grinder ..she lets her aroma out and smokes great.
Yes the exact same here when I grind it up it has a nice smell and taste

Wet roughly then after dried I tried for a neater look
i have done it both ways. I have found. Nearly no hay smell if i trim dry.
I only remove stemmed leafs with out frost before dried.

And with the buds that have that hay smell. Remove from jar about 15 20 min a day when burping. Will dry them a bit extra yes. But it will help get the green smell off

I have not tried to trim dry, seems like it would get everywhere and require a bin or something. I usually defoliate first, then just put the plant on a coffee table and start hacking limbs off. I like to save the colas for last. :bighug:

My girls survived my no good terrible very bad day, and are now under HPS instead of MH, and fresh flower water, with mist. They look pretty damn happy actually. I can't wait to hack down that newest baddest, and hopefully the blackest of buds.
