Is it necessary to use those glasses when working under an LED? I hear it can wear on your eyes, but I'm not sure if that's true or something like sitting too close to the tv will kill your eyes
 
What up stoners I finally found out why I was having so much trouble on the computer my brand new modem AT&T just put in blew up fried poof gone so I'm waiting on AT&T again

For burples or UVB lights..most defiantly ...as for COBS..I would wear (and I do wear) if you are in there for a long duration. Think of it this way, all that light entering your eyes cant be good, pretty sure its the same as being out in a snow covered field with sun reflection, or on a boat with sun reflecting off the water or off a white boat floor bouncing into your eyes...it can ruin some cones and rods over time. Have you ever walk away from your tent,,...and realize that your eyes need to adjust a bit back to normal...that would be your eyes telling you.,,to wear shades.. IMHO
