Drying conditions in the tent are decent..66 F 40% humidity..I would like the humidity up just a tad bit more,but that's why I left whole plants intact and watered a little while before chop..

Goooood morning AFN!!!!

I may be listening to the 80's channel on Sirius too much.

Pic 1 is the GG4, "post op". She seems to enjoy coco a lot more than she did the rockwool. She started pushing out new growth within an hour of hitting the coco.
Pic 2 is GG4 the second. Started in coco. Seems to like staring at the wall.
Pic 3 is the RQS Diesel Autofem.

I'm pretty excited to see your results because my RH has been steady, just a hair over 30% in the grow room, and I typically dry there.. I'm trying a different approach this time from watching all of you guys; gonna just pull fans, cut at the base and hang the whole plant for a week or so, then dissect.. If it is true, then that would solve all of the issues I've had with a lack of smell/taste after cure.. If chlorophyll gets into the trichs/buds from early chopping, then that would explain the "hay" smell I've got, even after fully drying and jarring..

How big is your drying area?? Also, what kind of fan are you running in there?? Just trying to get ideas of how to set my stuff up!!! :pass:

@GodAmJT

The slower the dry,the better..You could also dry with the fan leaves on,I've seen alot of greenhouse growers do that..I just have 2 6 " fans at the bottom of the tent blowing at the floor and the wall..So this way air will hit the walls and pass a slight breeze,nothing direct for circulation around the buds..None of the buds are touching,as after I hung the plants,I grabbed each stem and gently pulled them away from each other to open the plant up.My drying area is my growing area @ 2'7" x 2'7" x 5'11"..sometimes I get that grassy smell, or when you pop the lid it smells super dank but up close a slight hayish smell..After a proper cure though,done slowly, that goes away and the funk comes out as well as rediculous flavors and a smooth,even burning product with a clean snow white ash.
