I tried going through seedsman to see which had the shortest general growth time, to no avail. The northern lights had the highest yield, and a listed Thc content of 20% (the description calls it "northern storm"...victory seeds). Everything thing else is between 400-650gr/m2. 17.5%-24% thc. No stank to so stanky you need two charcoal filters.
Meh. I'll figure something out when my bag of megacrop gets here.
