I'm pretty confident it's ph related, it not take much to knock it off a bit, I really believe that's what's going on there.

I know its not truly accurate taking test via run off, better than not testing at all....but when I feed at 6.2...it will show 6.5-6-8 ish.. I do calibrate pen every 2 weeks.

Agreed I'm with @Unique on that. pH or possibly Something going on with the roots.
How's your lights set up, humidity, and air circulation?

Usually the only reason a plant will have a hard time with nutrient uptake is because somehow the ph went off... It looks like it can be couple issues, but still believe it's because ph locking it out from getting what it needs.

It is likely, you should get an Accurate 8 soil probe to check IN pot pH, runnoffs don't work, they only get you close. In coco you want to run pH low like in hydro too. There are several things unique to coco that take little getting used to. Watering daily nutes for example. Soil additives with high CEC values can throw off the pH pretty quickly with some fancy soil chemistry. The forms of phosphorous especially, can change to plant unavailable forms if you add vermiculite for example. Vermiculite will attract all kinds of salts and throw off negative ions, or get bound up by sodium ions.

If your ph is dead on when ya ph and your letting 20% runoff, then the ph will be fine... I remember a long time ago people suggested to check runoff, am not sure why I did, I know better...so needless to say was fixing issues that were not there... It won't take long get that back under control, 3-4gals through her if in coco ph to 6.0.. then give nutes on 4th or 5th depending how many gals you run through, I tend flush over a few hours, I don't run 4-5 gals right through..
