I know this is a late observation, but I have been going through tons of biotabs grows to do reasearch for my next grow. Your light issue early on, combined with what looks like a phosphorus deficiency, is IMO, the cause of your issues.
Your friend was correct, too much mychos won't harm plants at all, in fact, it would actually help biodiversity. The lights were way too close, she started to lock out phosphorus early, plus you could see the bleaching in your leaves early as signs the lights were close. The lights probably caused a stress reflex and the plants defense system put in into flower early on and then it wanted the P, but there wasn't enough, so she robbed it from herself.
If you had the lights up higher, like 85cm, she would have thrived. I keep my 60w cobs 85 to 95 cm above seedlings and let them grow into the light. That is also why she was stunted a bit as well.
Biotabs are still a touch new to me, but on the deficiency , and light stuff, I know what I am talking about.
Good luck in your next grow.
I learned a lot from this thread, thanks guys!
