Lighting COBSHOP..why not follow through with Instagram Giveaways?

Tried contacting the company as well I gave up after 1/2 dozen emails, ending up on IG then I got a reply absolute waste of time , will never buy Cobs now, shame as have 4@ 4x4 tents and 2 rooms 6x8, after all the hype regarding these lights its a shame, chatting to Sunplus led direct for both home and the warehouse, The Cobshop set there own rules and sell to whoever they wish but they need to sort there website and state in bold no international sales......

If there was a big enough bridge I’d drive the light to you. With the cost of shipping I have always held these giveaways for USA growers only. This is the first time I have gone outside the norm and accepted an international winner. Shortly after sending a message to the winner I got a reply asking if I could ship a second light and send an invoice for the difference. I had sent 4 invoices before I got a response back. There were numerous messages back and forth and finally decided to go back to the original one light where I had offered to split the shipping cost. I didn’t have to do this. Over months time I had sent (which I just counted) 12 invoices in total. I didn’t know where to stop. I can send a few more and hope they register. I am and always have been the guy sending back money when a sale comes the day after someone places an order or combining shipping and sending a partial refund without them even knowing I have done so. Not the guy taking advantage.

unfortunately due to shipping costs And other factors international sales are much harder than most would expect. USPS is the cheapest option to get the lights outside the USA and they keep raising rates. A year ago it wasn’t so bad but it’s something I have absolutely no control over. All that said I still ship internationally but there are a few countries I don’t ship to at all. This is due to the relentless scam artists in certain countries. Trying to word this on the site isn’t easy to do.

I am sorry but this is absolute nonsense...I only ever received the one invoice which as mentioned was for the full shipping amount upon querying this I never received any further correspondence. It was only after requesting an amended invoice numerous times that I then decided I no longer wanted to support Bigsmo and would only opt of the one light being the free giveaway, I then requested my 50% shipping fee for this only which I am still waiting for.
I can't believe that you would process twelve invoices and then not tell me you have done so, this is the first time I am hearing if this. You did at one stage, very early days say that you were having trouble with the invoicing but a day after our discussion about this I received the one and only invoice. If you had done so many invoices, why not just tell me you had done so and we could have tried to send to another email or something??? Rather you just ignore me every time I query my prize and then ban me from your instagram...furthermore you even deleted the post with the competition which just fishy.
You say you would drive across a bridge to deliver but why not just courier the package, you have my address.
Also, no where on your giveaway did it say for USA customers only.
Very weak excuses if you ask me.

Just another thing, I even messaged you about a month prior to winning the competition to see if the grow store which I am involved with in South Africa could possibly look at stocking your lights... This message I also never ever got a reply too. Great way of doing business buddy!!

Mars hydro has a nice cob and the parfact works one does the job too.

Yeah I honestly don't even want his light hanging in my space any way after my experience with the guy. I actually have some great cobs from Kingbrite so I will probably just order more of those. Great service from Kingrbite by the way.
