Lighting Cobshop.net info, questions and answers

I was thinking on trying the cobs. I usually use a parabolic hood with a 600w hps in a 4x4 area. I would like to find out what you have that you'd recommend for a replacement and the cost. A nod to Spz for showing me what the cobbs can do.
Thank you.

you can buy them separate( i believe anyways LOL) , or packs. I got a 4 pack myself a week ago or so. I like them. a lot too. they seem to work well for weelings too. which tends to be tough to find a light tat keeps a color with aggressive veg and sprouting ime. cobs do this with the right height(s). Happy growing :D

The 4 pack special with free shipping is the best way to go. Yes you can start smaller and go with 1 or 2 to try them out and expand later on. Most people start this way and always come back for more. I like to call it Cob security

Thanks for the update and unpacking pics sir. They look a helluva lot better at your place than on my bench.

Spz has 6 and from seeing his tent I think I want 9. I'm also not necessarily doing auto's. Although I think this with be a part of my next phase. I often end up with 6ft ladies. Unless there is a different combo of lighting to be suggested.

Hi
And
Hello
I was wanting to get the 4 pack as well. One question, in a 3x3 tent what kind of arrangement or placement would be ideal?
4 plants with one over each? Any direction to anyone running similar setup?

Thanks autofamily

I took a screen shot of one of our own @wwwillie he always takes nice pictures. Basically one cob per plant. With reflective walls and additional lighting from the other cobs it should cover real well and meet your plants needs.
