My two plant test of coco loco/rice hulls under one autocob with reflector and one autocob without reflector is one week old tomorrow and the reflector plant is about 1/3 bigger than the non reflector plant. Excited to see what you come up with.

The reflector light White Widow (Dinafem) continues to out grow the plant without reflector White Widow. The Autocobs are sitting at 24" with no stress as yet....yippy! I think reflectors are advantageous during the veg process. Still so many strains left to see how they react to Autocobs.

There is a huge boost of light with the reflectors. I know people say 10% but every par measurement I took over a 2x2 space were significantly higher. A complaint was they reduce the total amount of light in a sphere test. Well if the canopy needs more light and they help achieve it what does a sphere have to do with anything? I’m all for them as long as it’s not increasing the intensity past what the plant can absorb.

Damn, the non reflector White Widow needed to go back up from the 24" mark. As they age, I can clearly see that the reflector plant will stay taller, less bushy as the non reflector White Widow will be shorter and fatter.

Any chance the reflector cob could have been put closer to prevent the stretch? Or does that plant also look nice and full and is just taller for the extra photons. Pictures?

It's probably just a pheno thing. Both look good and should do well if they stay the same through the whole grow. I'm hoping I can get a little closer with the reflector light, but if not, no problem. I don't do photos....of any kind.

Both White Widows have basically stayed the same size difference as earlier in their growth, one taller, one short/fat. Both should yield well, however, I am only approaching week 5. I did have to move the non reflector light up a few more inches.

Not the case anymore. The non reflector plant has just about caught the reflector plants in height. It really shot up the past five days. I thought they were done with vertical growth. The reflector plants buds are still bigger than the non reflector plant.

I’m wondering if the non reflector plant will catch up. Seems like this was the case earlier. I also agree on the pictures. I jut got done staring at one of the fullest dry cabinets I have ever had. To scared to post a pic till it’s moved.
