Doing my daily checks and found something soft and green in the calix. Thought it was a seed at first and it popped in my hands like it was full of water? Didn’t seem anything else but I made the decision to chop. Couple thoughts come to mind. One is that the plant was nearing the end and bc it didn’t get pollination it maybe was trying to get its last ditch effort at new life? I don’t think it was stressed at all. Didn’t see any nanners or anything crazy. So Idk . But everything looks ready lots and lots of fat buds. You don’t realize how much is there until you start cutting it down. The smell is very fruity almost a citrus hint to it. Mixed with chocolate and cantaloupes. I’m really looking for a medical grade from this.

I'm not sure about the calyx but I have had immature seed in mine at times, and no hermies to be seen. I chalk it up to similar to what you figured it was. Sometimes near the end the odd pollen sack pops out and gets missed as well, but it is too late to really affect the plant other than to have the odd immature seed in the calyxes but not the buds.

Holy crap dose my neighborhood reek. Ya you read that right. I hung dry in the open bc I didn’t hang in the tent with the filter big mistake.( wanted to get the bbk into flower) Ordered a tent to dry in just need a y splinter and some ducting. Tried some small larf as it was really dry( it’s cold and dry here) and it taste just like it smells. The trim was so easy on this strain. I tried to take clones but didn’t have any luck, but I will definitely come back around to this. She has such a complex smell it’s sweet and sour and chocolate and probably a bunch of other notes that I can’t pick up. You taste it on the inhale and the exhale. Best strain I’ve ever grown for sure.

Thanks for the report, and it's surprising how much you can stink up the outside with what you're doing on the inside! Good you are getting a tent to dry in, stay safe

Total yield 346 G. Ya bc it was hang drying in the open everything was stanky. The high is great very uplifting and motivating

Damn congrats on the yield, that is great! I like uplifting and motivating highs; I also like the heavier, narcotic stone too for sleeping but not during the day. I should definitely put these on my list to grow at some point. (That list is getting way too long ).

Best strain yet for rosin!! Cold cure in the fridge and the nose is sooo strong. The chocolate is really strong

Nice! I was exchanging seeds with my buddy and he offered the Chocolope seeds so I took 'em. Not sure when I will be able to grow them but I added them to my seed stash :smoking:
