I found this some guys might find this handy if using the twisty cfls
please take into account we dont grow under water it just gives you an idea to increase bottom line effiency

Great stuff Don, what I take away is that it has more to do with intensity and reflector proximity than anything else; is that accurate?

To be fair i was surprised about that I dont know how it would pan out on other shapes of cfl.
what the aurther did not mention is the warms seem to have 7-10% more par but it was in the realms of error
 
are they twisted like above?
