Kindred,to each his own but I would leave the cats nuts alone and go for a lady.:smokebuds:
I found lots of 2700k up to 50 watt and on the back it stated not to use with a timer. I asked the guy what would happen and he said it would flicker and the timer had to be compatible with CFLs. I decided to walk out. Would not want a bulb to explode in the tent or cause a crazy lighting issue.
Thanks for input and other suggestions.

Never, ever, EVER deal with that company. I ordered one of their shitty grow boxes when I first wanted to start growing and should have reported them. The piece of shit grow box they sent me was the cheapest plywood available, literally held together with hot glue. Yup, as in that shitty hot glue gun you burned yourself with in middlechool. I only got a refund by threatening to post pictures of their craftsmanship on the web. I should have posted anyway, didn't get all my money back. Needless to say they used the cheapest of everything available and ship you nothing but a broken fire hazard. Yes, it was broken to pieces when it arrived.
I can not stress enough the lying, predatory, asshole nature of these fucktards.

45 watt 6500ks avail. on Ebay now. $19.90 for 4,free shippingI just got back from a national hardware store. Was looking for 6500k and 2700k CFL as supplemental lighting. Thought I would run three bulbs to one extension cord and then to the digital timer being used for 240w BlackStar.
The person assisting (not much of a problem solver etc.) me told me they had nothing beyond 5000k and this store had every bulb you can imagine.

Any thoughts on this. Is it a fact or just a liability precaution. Also, are the 6500 bulbs difficult to find in big hardware stores.
