Indoor CFL and two 40w led bulbs?

Here's another way to look at it. For that space, you need at least 400 total watts but 500 or 600 would be much better. I run area about the same size and am using two 240 watt LEDs, 480 watts total. It's not quite enough to grow big yields. I'll probably add a 3rd one and up it to 720 watts. If you think in terms of what you need total then you can take what you have and figure what you need to add, then look at the best way to do that.

Most of those low watt LEDs are not worth it. They don't have much penetration and anything farther away than about 1.5 - 2' isn't going to benefit much. Save your money and put it toward something more efficient.
 
it will not harm them its just people are getting a bit more yield on the 6500k but both will work
if you have a blue why dont you use the blue you already have to increase the area
