Hey man im subbing up if you dont mind. I agree with Fruzzle try keeping it mosit but not wet, water less often. you shouldnt really be giving her anything but water for now.

Thanks Fruzzle and Briain. Yeah I hope I didnt rot the beans. For now until they pop I will just give them water. I havent gave any since 2 days ago. Today I misted the soil on top. I'll just continue to do that until they pop above soil. Glad your subbed up Briain.

Hey guys. Should I wait till the bean pops to cut the bottom off a soda bottle to use to help pop seed outta soil?

I put the seeds in a cup of ph'd water, cover and keep in a warm dark place. 24 hours later, the tap root has popped and I place in the soil 1/4" down. Lightly covered over and a little water. I've had 100% success with this (it's keeping them alive I have the problem with!!!!!).

You can use a dome before seeds sprouts, it will help with the low RH..

You can also create a greenhouse effect by covering the top of your pot with a see-through membrane so that moisture remains in. Only remove it while watering. It should help the seedling come out faster.

Thanks guys. I will try that. method. Its only day 3 in the soil. I just put a bottle around the Easy Ryder bean. Need to find another bottle for the LR#2 bean.

Day 3 of trying to germ these 2 beans. Gave the watering day 1 and have been misting 100ml morning and 100ml evening on top soil. Currently 35%RH and 86 degrees F. Im going to give them another 4 days until Wednesday.
