When you put your buds into a jar, they will start to pull the moisture from the inner realms of the bud/stems out, hence why you will have an increase of RH.

I have had to take them out for the day and let them air, then put them back in the jar.

Excellent looking buds mate! They look exactly like the ones I got from my Delahaze last year. A little more dense and mature perhaps.
