Good man, glad to see them mature and get phat. How are you going to dry and cure?

Alright mate, i chopped the small one last week as it was looking fried i had it in brown paper bags for 5-6 days and put it in a jar today with a boveda 62% pack. It was only 53g wet dried down to 16g in the paper bags but im happy enough. The other 3 have a lot more bud on them.
My first time curing so ill probably make a mess of it lol

Just make sure to burp the jar for a couple minutes every few hours to evacuate the chlorophyl. (cut grass smell)

Do you have a hygrometer you can stick in the jar to get an RH% reading?

What's your ambient RH%?

Hey trap i put the buds in a brown bag inside a cardboard box (got a caliber iii hygrometer) is was reading about 60% in the box so i gave them 6 days in the bags. Today i jarred the bud with a 8 gram boveda pack an put the hygrometer in the jar to its currently reading 83%
Did i jar them too early?

Yeah, if you're getting that reading...

I try not to jar them (proper) until I'm getting 70% or lower.

Some will say not until the high 60's...

And in those early stages I use 2 or 3 8g Bovedas...

Once again, some will say that's overkill, but I'd rather be over-equipped for
a task then under-equipped.

Personally, I would pull em and bag em a couple more days

My 2 cents....:)

Don't want to run into mold issues at the finish line.

I will do that mate cheers. When i do jar up how long will it take for the bovedas to stabilize the humidity at 62 in a 1 litre jar?
One more question do you still burp when jarred up? Does the humidity in the jar spike back up again with the moist air coming into the jar.

Edit: just checked and the humidity in my room is currently 55

Okay...first, you'll want the hygrometer in the bag, not just the box...to get a good reading (to ascertain 70-71% - Time for jarring)

The higher you start, the longer it will take to get stabilized to 62. Also, the more bovedas you have in the jar, the faster
you'll get to 62% (to a point)

As to specific times....too many variables to estimate...bud density, size, etc. the smaller stuff will obviously dry faster than
the bigger stuff or main cola.

RE: Burping - yes, burping is actually specifically for the recently-jarred stage.

No, if your ambient RH is in the 50's, then it's lower and not as moist as anything happening inside the jar.

So when you open the jar up for 5 minutes or so, you are actually allowing moisture to escape faster than
would otherwise occur with just the bovedas...and you're giving the boveda an opportunity to release a little
of the moisture that they have collected. RH will actually spike once you close it back down.

What I try to do now is wait uncomfortably long during the dry, where some of the smaller stuff
appears to be beyond 62% because a boveda will re-moisturize a couple points as well....without
degrading the THC noticeably.
