Calling out bad Autoflower genetics/actors

Personally I don’t get why people flock to those so called “elite strains.”
Everyone wants to know what that cookie tastes like. 9 of 10 of them taste like crap. They may look good and smell good, but most taste like horse….tailside.
Believe it when they say, “it doesn’t taste like it smells.”
As far as the high goes, they are one dimensional. The high is flat, and don’t take you anywhere. The high lack euphoria and any trippyness.
The best things this crap does is give you red squinting eyes.
Don’t bother waiting on something to happen, because that’s it. Well besides the pounding headache right between your eyes. Like the worst sinus headache, but the nose isn’t stuffy.
I paid this for that, is what I’m thinking. It ok because the breeder has already pocketed out money and all we can do is cry about it on the forums.
To be honest, you can get a better high from sniffing paint or liquid paper. Real talk.
The high reminds me of that silly shit we did as kids in school. Anybody who’s breaking their necks to smoke the crap is crazy.
Unless your tolerance is really low, smoking this crap is a waste of lung abuse. They don’t call it hype weed for nothing.
With my low tolerance, I expect to be sent to the moon. Instead, im asking God what the hell did I just smoke.
Unless you have one hell of an auto, why would you be breeding to this stuff.
Don’t believe me go over to chuckers paradise, or overgrow.com, or phenohunters.org and see how they are giving this crap away. Think it’s a game.
The same stuff that auto growers are wasting their money on, is being passed out for free!

I thank God every day that I have this Nympho plant and I don’t have to smoke that bullsht.
That runtz strain is really nice. It good, easy to smoke. It doesn’t taste like cigarettes. It has a nice long lasting buzz @ Cannaventure don’t sleep on that one.
It’s going to be awesome cross s with the Nympho.
This is just my opinion based on my purchase. In no way I intend to disrespect any breeder’s work. It is what it is.

That's kind of a harsh way to look at it. I would say that most legitimate breeders put a lot of work into breeding out a line and pheno hunting thousands of plants before they release the strain onto the market.

It's fair to mention that a growers experience might not be a true representation of what that strain is capable of. The way the seed is grown has a pretty big influence over the quality of the end product. If the grower only ran the strain once it's unlikely that they got the best out of it.
I wouldn't judge a strains quality until I've grown it out with zero issues. Any deficiency or nute burn is going to drop the quality of the product.

There are auto strains out there that are amazing. If you want an unbelievably strong high grow ethos Pluto cut auto. If you want amazing bag appeal and flavour grow FB blackberry. If you want super stinky rock hard nugz and big weight grow cosmic bomb. That's just the few stand outs that I've grown and I'm sure there loads more. But I like most of us am just a novice so even the ones I didn't think we're that great could probably be a lot better in the hands of a master.

Probably like many others, I grow Mephisto, Fast Bud and other small(er) breeder strains, but about half of what I grow are usually a mix from Dutch Passion, Sweet and sometimes Dinafem. So far, there have been no responses concerning the relative 'badness,' 'faking' 'pollen-chucking,' etc. of these likely largest and presumed most technically capable breeders, also often with many more strains than smaller breeders. Anyone care to comment?

I hear fastbuds isn't on par with Mosca or mephisto? I'm limited on a budget and can't afford a weak medicine. So I should look at diadem maybe? Appreciate input

Nothing wrong with Fast Buds. A lot of their strains are dynamite.

I just bought witch dr for next. I ran alf5 and binary mix pck and they were excellent. Nurple lacked punching power and the jogi stood out

I think you misinterpreted me brother. It’s all good though.
I love autos. When I see people complaining about autos, they tend to overlook the photo that it was modeled after.
I think if they grew the photo out before grabbing an auto named after it, they would complain a lot less.
Because then they will know where the problem came from.

I had already told myself I was not going to buy seeds overseas anymore. Delivery time taking five to six weeks, damged products, then two customs seizures. And that from one of the big name.Banks.

I have only been purchasing seed for few years. I suspected this fake seeds scam from the get go. Just too many of these over seed banks pushing the same names.

At first I just thought well these are copy cats and kinda like generic medicine right? You know the same ingredients same thing just made.by a different company right? Know I believe its much worse than that.

After looking into it I will now be trying to only purchase either directly from a US breeder or a US breeders work from a US seed bank.

I don't think the US has the monopoly on integrity. Just as many scumbags in 'merica as any other place on the planet. Some might even argue that there's more.

I can understand an American only ordering locally though, it cuts out shipping and customs dramas. It's the same reason I won't order from the US.

Theres a few sites I've stumbled upon if your researching strains that claim to have every strain. Google search any strain with seeds after it and you'll see what I mean..I'm sure most of you know. How the hell does one bank have thousands of auto strains? I saw mosca mentioned..his strains are white labeled(industry term for relabled) but come from guys like mephisto. Not saying there on the same level but maybe there the duds or something I'm not sure. Theres a couple other companies that work with mephisto stock with permission forget the names though.

I ain't saying you can't get scammed in the US or It's all a European problen.

I am saying I will stick to buying directly from the breeder if at all possible. If not then I would buy from US breeders at a.US bank.

Example
If I want say Bruce banner. I feel I will be much more.likely to get real Bruce Banner buying straight from Dark Horse Genetics. Or if not then buy Dark Horse Genetics Bruce Banner from a US seed bank that carries that line.

And by using only US sources I will get my order in days with no Customs issues.
