C.S. Reversal..

Day 60 for my older plant. She has a nice mix of amber/cloudy trichs so I'm flushing., should be a nice high.. I culled 3 of the 5 f1s and have been spraying the 2 with C.S. for12 days. Starting to cluster up. I'm going to chop one of these and use the other for pollen. My SDH I plan on pollinating is @ 16 days....:smoke:

Looks like it worked out for ya Mate. The F 1 Lady looks Awesome. Good Job and Good Luck with the new Project. Btw i would have inbreed the F1 before making new Crosses to aint end up with hundreds of Phenos.

Day 33 for the reversed plant. I checked a sac for pollen today and it's looking good. I think I'm going to move this out of my grow space to collect pollen while the SDH I'm seeding matures a little more. I sprouted my last 2 SDH beans a few weeks ago and they're both males but look way different from each other. @ 14 days. Maybe I will have some more pollen to play with...,This shit's fun..:smoke:

Day 30 for my SDH. I have pollen collected and stored from my reversed f1 Fem. Blue Cheese x Chemdog.,waiting for the Haze plant to mature a little more before pollenating. Ended up with 3 quart jars full of B.C.xCd. nuggz. This cross produced some damn nice smoke. I still can't believe I did this. I've learned so much from all the KickAss Knowledgeable peeps here on AFN..some still here.. some not around anymore....Thanks..Boogie..:smoke:

Good effort, Boogieman.
Reversing my AK48 and Diesel Haze is taking forever. Sacks are there, but they are tiny and look immature, even though both plants are growing in physical size with vigour. They've been CS'd since the first sign of pre-flowers, and are both on day 28 from spraying now. I just hope there's enough life left in them to make at least some pollen. I wish I could post pics for some feedback, but it's not possible.
I have issues with low temps (low 14C, high 18C), but I don't see how only sack growth is affected?

Hey Thanks H..., to bad you can't post pics. Maybe low grow temps slowed their development,..hard to say...@ 28 days of spraying they should be ready or just about ready. If possible and the sacs are big enough,..pick one off with some tweezers and open it up and see if there is pollen you can use. It's a slow and pain in the ass process but it works... :smoke:

They are def male in form, as the fem flower parts that showed in the first place died back. I'll give them a week or more to see how it goes. Shame if they don't come through as I would hate to waste these fem auto seeds.

If you can add a few CFLs or other supplemental lighting it might help with the low temps. I know a plants soil doesn't dry out much when the leafs are being sprayed all the time esp. with low temps. If you feel you have nothing to lose try giving a good flush with the proper PHed water for whatever medium your in then feed them.
